Concreting services

One crew for the whole job: dig-out, formwork, steel, pour and finish. Every job starts with a free on-site measure and a written quote.

Driveways & crossovers

Plain, coloured or exposed aggregate driveways, poured to the right thickness for what will sit on them, whether that’s the family car, a boat or a caravan.

We pour new driveways, widen existing ones, and cut out and replace drives that have cracked or sunk, right out to the crossover.

Good for: New builds, widening, cracked drives

What’s included

  • Free on-site measure and a written quote
  • Dig-out and a compacted base
  • Formwork and steel
  • Pour and finish: plain, broom, coloured or exposed aggregate
  • Saw-cut control joints
  • Site left tidy

House & shed slabs

Engineered slabs set out to plan, with the base compacted, the steel placed and the termite-aware detailing done properly.

We pour slabs for new homes, sheds, garages, carports and machinery, from a small garden-shed slab to a large shed pad on acreage.

Good for: Homes, sheds, carports, machinery

Paths, patios & pool surrounds

Non-slip finishes that handle sand, salt and bare feet. Paths and patios are set to fall away from the house, so water runs where it should instead of towards the walls.

Side paths, alfresco areas, pool surrounds and garden edges, finished cleanly against lawns and garden beds.

Good for: Side paths, alfresco, pools

  • Non-slip finish to suit the area
  • Clean edges to lawns and garden beds

Exposed aggregate & decorative

Exposed aggregate is concrete with the top washed back to show the stone, so it hides wear and marks and gives good grip underfoot.

We also pour coloured and sealed finishes that lift the front of the house, for entries, driveways and pool decks.

Good for: Entries, driveways, pool decks

Polished & honed concrete

Polished and honed concrete both start by grinding the top of the slab back to expose the stone, then refining the surface. Polished concrete is taken to a glossy finish; honed concrete stops at a smooth, low-sheen finish.

Polished concrete suits indoor floors such as living areas and shopfronts. Honed concrete is the usual choice outside, for patios, alfresco areas and around the pool.

Good for: Living areas, shopfronts, patios, alfresco
